The most noticeable difference in Office 2007 is the completely different interface. The menus and toolbars been replaced with a ribbon which helps to keep commands and functions visible and easily accessible. The ribbon is made up of tabs (Home, Insert, Page Layout, etc.). When you click each tab you will notice that different groups of mini-toolbars are visible. The Office Button (the circular button at the top left corner of the program window) contains the functions that used to be under the file menu (opening a document, creating a new document, saving, printing, etc.). The best way to learn how Office 2007 works is to actually use it. It will take a little while to get used to it; but I have found that, once you've gotten used to it, it is easier to use that Office 2003.
